Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 October 2026
Your privacy matters — perhaps more here than anywhere else. This policy explains which personal data is processed when you visit this website or get in touch, and why. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP / revDSG) and, where it applies to visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. When you visit this website
When you open a page, our hosting provider automatically records technical data in server logs: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser and operating system. This data is needed to deliver the website securely and is deleted after a short period. It is not combined with other data.
3. When you use the contact form
We process the details you enter — name, email address, your interests, prior experience, limits and motivation — together with the language of the form and the time of submission.
Some of this information concerns your intimate life and is therefore sensitive personal data under Art. 5(c) FADP and a special category of data under Art. 9 GDPR. We process it only with your express consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before sending. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by writing to the address above.
We use this information solely to answer your request and, if you wish, to arrange a session. It is never used for marketing, never sold and never shared with third parties beyond the service providers listed below.
4. Spam protection
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks whether a form is being sent by a person rather than an automated program. To do so, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical characteristics of your browser. This is based on our legitimate interest in protecting the form from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Further information: Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
5. Legal bases
Under the FADP we process personal data in accordance with its principles and, for sensitive data, on the basis of your express consent. Where the GDPR applies, the legal bases are your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), steps taken at your request prior to entering into an agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
6. Service providers and transfers abroad
We rely on carefully selected providers that process data on our behalf:
- Netlify, Inc. (USA) — website hosting and processing of form submissions.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — spam protection (Turnstile).
- Google LLC (USA) — email account that receives notifications of new messages.
Where data is transferred to the USA, this takes place on the basis of the Swiss–US and EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses recognised by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) and the European Commission.
7. How long we keep data
Messages sent through the contact form are deleted no later than 12 months after our last exchange, or sooner on request, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep them longer.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format and to withdraw your consent at any time. Simply write to the address above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the EU, with the data protection authority in your country.
9. Cookies and local storage
This website uses only strictly necessary storage and no tracking or advertising technologies. Details are set out in the Cookie Policy.
10. Security
All connections to this website are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to your messages is limited to Black Mamba personally.
11. Adults only
This website is intended exclusively for adults. We do not knowingly process the data of anyone under 18; such data is deleted as soon as we become aware of it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or the law changes. The version published on this page always applies.
